Being a UCCS alum comes with many perks. Explore the variety of discounts, complimentary access, free campus services, and special rates available to members of the UCCS Alumni & Friends Association.

Association Membership Card

Many on-campus benefits require alums to present a UCCS Alumni Association membership card. To request one, fill out a form to update your contact information. By obtaining a membership card, you can ensure you have access to the full range of benefits that the Alumni & Friends Association offers.

UCCS Athletic Events

UCCS Athletics is a great source of pride for the Mountain Lion community. Alumni receive complimentary admission to all University athletic events when they present their Alumni & Friends Association membership card. For season updates, event schedules, live stats, and more - visit gomountainlions.com.

Campus Store Discount

The campus store is a one-stop shop to purchase all official UCCS merchandise. Alumni receive a 10% discount when they present their Alumni & Friends Association membership card. When shopping online, enter ALUMNI10 in the 'Discount Code' section at checkout.

Ent Center for the Arts

UCCS supports arts and culture for the campus community and the Pikes Peak region. The Ent Center for the Arts at UCCS is the home to the Galleries of Contemporary Art (GOCA) and Theatreworks productions. UCCS Alumni receive a number of the Ent Center benefits, including:

  • $5 off of GOCA Chit Chat events and $5 off Theatreworks shows.
    • Enter discount code ALUM at checkout or contact the Box Office and mention the discount code.
  • Free Yoga every Monday with Mindful Movement Mondays
  • Access to booking the venue for private events, including weddings
  • Extended Early Bird pricing for Theatreworks season tickets

Gallogly Recreation and Wellness Center

The Gallogly Recreation and Wellness Center at UCCS inspires lifelong wellness by providing transformative educational and recreational opportunities. UCCS Alumni can present their Alumni Association membership card to the Guest Services Desk and obtain a Campus Recreation Alumni Membership.

Benefits of membership include discounted rates to participate in Group Fitness classes, Intramural Sports, SOLE trips and clinics, and more. UCCS Alumni can also purchase access passes.

UCCS Trail System

The UCCS campus trail system can be enjoyed by anyone - the campus community and the public. Over 7 miles of useable trails are available for those traveling by foot or bike on the natural terrain of varying difficulty throughout the campus open space. Center for Active Living

The UCCS Center for Active Living (CAL) aims to engage the community in physical activity and wellness programs to improve health, while also providing students with hands-on learning opportunities. Alumni receive 10% off personal training and free Lifestyle Reset classes.

Kraemer Family Library

UCCS provides alumni with several benefits to facilitate lifelong learning, including continued access to the Kraemer Family Library. All alumni and friends are eligible for a library card, which allows you to check out books, movies, and other library items. Library card holders can also make requests through Prospector, which provides access to other libraries in Colorado.

Family Development Center

The UCCS Family Development Center offers high-quality, year-round education for children between 1 and 5 years old, with summer programs for elementary students. They offer a number of additional programs, including preschool and early learning options.

Lyda Hill Institute for Human Resilience

Alumni and friends have access to the Greater Resilience Information Toolkit (GRIT) program, provided by the Lyda Hill Institute for Human Resilience. GRIT is a free online program that was established to train volunteers in the community to promote wellness and resilience among fellow community members – friends, family, and acquaintances. A GRIT Conversation can be especially helpful in times of stress and community disaster. In times of disaster, strengthening coping, spreading support, and providing resources can have a positive impact on healing and resilience for everyone.

Legacy Scholarships

Each year, there are several scholarships each year available for students who have a legacy connection to UCCS – this can be a parent, sibling, child, grandparent, aunt/uncle, or spouse/partner. These include:
