Student Philanthropy Cords
To commemorate the UCCS student experience, students are encouraged to give back by making a gift to support future Mountain Lions.
Since 2015, graduating Mountain Lions have banded together to leave a legacy at UCCS through the Class Gift. This gift is a critical step in transitioning into a UCCS alum and becoming part of a long-standing tradition. What's important is not how much you give, but that you participate. You will leave a mark by donating to the scholarship or program of your choice. So far, nearly $60,000 have been raised from graduating students, which has made a huge collective impact at UCCS.

The UCCS Alumni & Friends Association provides free Mountain Lion Legacy cords for commencement to graduating students whose parents, grandparents, spouse/partner, siblings and/or children are UCCS alumni.
